CoachSys Administrators are able to view all campaigns that have been previously archived within the system by navigating to the SMS Campaign / Archive option.
Crucially, the Administrator can utilize the ‘Reuse’ action found within the ‘Actions’ column. This feature allows the Admin to potentially relaunch the exact same campaign for a different Lead Category, making it efficient to repeat successful communication strategies without recreating them from scratch.
