To add new contacts (leads) in CoachSys, the Administrator should navigate to the Leads / Add new option. This feature allows contacts to be added either individually or in a bulk import.

Bulk Add
The Administrator can choose the ‘Bulk Import’ radio button to add contacts simultaneously. A Lead Category must be assigned for these contacts; for more detailed information on this, please refer to the Lead Categories section of this documentation. The user will then need to import a spreadsheet file containing all the contact information. To ensure the correct format, the Administrator must first download the required template spreadsheet by clicking the Download Template button available in the ‘New Contact’ form shown below. After entering all the contacts into this template, the Administrator can then import the Excel file into CoachSys and save the form.

Single Add: Alternatively, to add contacts one at a time, the Administrator can select the ‘Single Import’ radio button, as shown in the method below, and proceed to fill out the form individually.
