CoachSys Administrators can view all existing Contact Categories (Lead Categories) within the system by navigating to the “Lead Categories / All Categories” option.
This central page provides a complete list of all the created contact groups. Furthermore, from this interface, users have the capability to View the details of any selected category and Edit (modify) the information for those groups as needed.
