The CoachSys Administrator can send notification messages to the phones of all students who have outstanding dues. Additionally, they can specify a number of Exclusion Days using the field shown below.
Any student who has paid any amount towards their outstanding dues within the number of days specified in the Exclusion Days field will not receive the notification message, even if a balance remains.
To simplify: CoachSys provides an option when sending student dues notifications that allows you to automatically exclude students who have made any due payment within the last one or two days. This is an automated feature designed to humanely prevent sending a dues notification to a student who has recently made a payment, even if their account still shows a remaining balance.
